Mike did a great job & was so helpful installing 3 new faucets, fixing 2 leaky ones, and helping diagnose a tankless water heater! He was available immediately, very clear with what was needed. I didn't feel like I was being rushed when we had to make changes in the faucet mid-service. THANK YOU

They no show for appointments for two times. When they are onsite. They first open up my bottom floor ceiling for $250, then they charged $700 to fix a cracked drainage pipe ring, which they diagnosed as the problem. Then we found it leaks more after the fix. Then they say it is the crack between the soap holder on the wall is cracked. They charged another $150 to epoxy it. It turns out that they simply went back and caulk it with silicon. The silicon cracked right after one day as the soap holder is not properly fixed onto the wall.

I had an appointment at 8am and told the company I was on a tight timeline. The man on the phone assured me they would be out there at 8am and would be done by 8:30-9am. We waited at the house until 9:10am and called them 6 times with no answer or response. Absolute waste of our time.

John came out at 10:30pm and stayed until 2 am. And then came back in the morning. SUPER nice guy, man of his word. He fixed a very challenging issue and explained so we could learn if there is a next time. We will call him again. Thank you John!!

I have not one complaint about any of the services I received. Straight forward job with my emergency leak. The remodel on my home when I bought it was messed up because they put a pop vertically next to a window. Needless to say while I’m trying to drill a stud I drill a pipe. They came out immediately within 30-minutes (maybe less) to assess the issue. The owners team came out and quickly began working. Within an hour the pipe was fixed and back to normal. Scary experience that I had but a great group of guys to work with. The owner also has family working with them and everyone was great to work with. They do 24/7 emergency services as well. I had no idea at the time since I called Armstrong Plumbing. Their call-center never dispatched so I called H&M first thing in the morning and as I said cake ASAP. The owner was also kind of enough to give me a credit back based on a competitors offer to provide cash back toward the repair after the assessment. I appreciate the offer without asking and the integrity that everyone had. Thank you for all of the help!

Mike was professional in his job. He arrived, I'm sure early. I did think $130 was a bit much for 1pc of equipment and 15-20 minutes of work. For the professionalism and quick response time I would recommend this company to others.

Quick response - we called at around noon on a Saturday and the work was completed by 3:00. It wasn’t a complex job, but I was very impressed with Mike’s quality of work and his willingness to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would 100% recommend using them.

On a Friday evening, we discovered we had a dripping water heater. I found H&M on Yelp, called, and John picked up the phone immediately. He patiently listened, answered all my questions, offered options to slow the drip, and to even come over immediately if needed! John was knowledgeable, prompt, organized, honest, caring, thoughtful... this guy is a gem! He set-up my new water heater replacement for years of trouble-free service! And, all while being reasonably-priced!
